How long will it take to process my order for shipment? |

After an order is submitted on our website, the order is sent into production immediately. Please allow 1 -3 business days for process time before your order ships. Once you order ships, a tracking email will be sent to your email address. Please note that business days count as Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. In order to fulfill and deliver your package as quickly as possible, our website is now designed to begin production on an order as soon as it is submitted online. Because orders are send into production immediately, cancelations can on be done 30 minutes of the order being placed. If the order was submitted beyond this time frame, we will not be able to cancel the order. This ensures speedy production and delivery time for all our valued customers. |

How long is transit time to receive my order once it ships? |

Within the USA, transit times after an order ships can take up to 2 -5 business days once a tracking number is provided. The total delivery time from the order date is estimated around 3-7 business days(this includes processing + transit time.) For Canada and the rest of the world, transit time can take an estimated 5-15 business days once a tracking number is provided. This is an estimated time frame and may vary due to customer clearance procedures and international postal delays beyond our control. You will be able to tracking your package along the way! |
