RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit. Any concerns or reports of defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. For returns, please read and follow the instructions below:

RETURNS:
It's really important to us that you love your purchase from DTC Birdie. If you purchase an item that you are not satisfied with, doesn't fit, or doesn't suit, we offer store credit for you to purchase an alternative product online. Store credit is issued in the form of an electronic gift card via email. The store credit gift card has no expiration and may be used any time in the future.

We accept returns within 10 days after delivery (according to original tracking information).

Please ensure that you keep your receipt or tracking number for the return package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen return mail without proof of shipment or delivery from the customer.

RETURN PROCESS:
Please email us at paul@dtcbirdie.com to start your return. We will respond to your email within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Once processed, a customer care representative will email an electronic store credit gift card covering the full amount of the item(s). Credit does not cover any shipping fees/taxes.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Items must be unused and in brand new, original condition. Must be in original packaging/odorless. Our team inspects all returns - returned items must meet all of the above requirements in order to be issued credit. Returned items that are damaged upon inspection, and/or smell heavily of perfume/deodorant/cologne will not be issued credit and are at the buyer's expense.
  • "Sale" items, t-shirts, ALL apparel and accessories
  • The customer is responsible to pay return shipping fees
